Important Mailing Suggestions:
It is recommended that you take the following
steps when mailing your materials:

When mailing film, slides,
tapes, etc. be sure to indicate the order you'd like them transferred and any other instructions. Note: Whitt's
will keep digital copies of all of your work on file for up to one year.

Send your items "Priority
Mail", Fedex, UPS, or any way that gives you a tracking number. Note: It's
a good idea to e-mail or call us when you mail photos, film or slides so we can be on the look out for
them and let you know they have safely arrived.
(we are not responsible for film,
slides, tapes, or photos lost or damaged in the mail).
Turnaround times are usually
within 10 business days, however this can vary depending on the current workload . If you need a project quickly, please
contact me first and I'll do my best to accomodate your request.

If you are using our services by mail or other carrier, you can make payment
by one of the following ways:
If you have a Paypal account, I will send you a Paypal invoice upon your approval
of the price quoted on the work requested. Payment will be required before finished
work is returned
Or
Include a signed check with the work sent and leave the amount blank. This won't be filled out until you approve of the price quoted on the work requested
Or
Mail us a check with the exact amount after we quote you your price on the work
requested. Work will not begin until the check is received
